Live Music at Big Wood Brewery
Big Wood Brewery continues to be a hub for live entertainment. On Friday, May 22, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, DJ Matt Kotefka will host an 80s Rewind night, bringing back classic hits from the decade. The following day, Saturday, May 23, features a Vinyl Album Pop-Up Show from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, followed by a performance by the Flannel Brothers from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. On Sunday, May 24, DJ Matt Kotefka returns with a Yacht Rock session from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. These events provide a great opportunity to enjoy local music and community spirit.
Vadnais Heights Days
Looking ahead, mark your calendars for Vadnais Heights Days, scheduled from August 10 to August 16, 2026. This annual celebration showcases the best of our community with activities such as food vendors, live music, a car show, a maker’s market, bingo, children’s activities, a parade, and fireworks. Most events will take place at Community Park, located at 641 East County Road F. It’s a wonderful occasion to connect with neighbors and celebrate our vibrant city.
